Returns/Exchanges

At Bird & Co, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our return policies below.

All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

jewelry, seamless wear (cami's, leggings...) sunglasses, bathing suits, bralette's, bogg bags, in house graphic shirts or hats. We also do not accept returns on any items purchased on sale or purchased with a discount code.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!

Within 1-3 days of receiving your items we should be notified of any missed defect. Please send us a photo at: help@shopbirdandco.com. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Once the item is deemed defective we will credit the customers account along with shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**If your return rate is over 50% you will be deducted a 10% restocking fee for all returns.**
